I am a photographer/artist. I do lens related work, which consists of straight photography, collage and mixed media, all with photography as the departure point. While I have shot film in the past, I do almost entirely black and white digital photography now. Most all of my work is in the fine art area of photography, looking for up close details and found abstractions, that either work as standalone photos or as part of a collage piece. My departures from straight photography seem to be increasing, which is something that has evolved, and is surprising to the person I was when I first picked up a camera.

I have been a part of several group art and photography exhibitions starting in 2021, including shows by the Durham Art Guild, Brooklyn Waterfront Arts Coalition, Redhook, Brooklyn, NYC, Peel Gallery, Carrboro, NC and the Living In Color exhibition in Raleigh, NC. I have had two two person shows at the Skylight Gallery in Hillsborough, NC. I was also quite honored to have one work accepted to the 2025, Artfields Festival in Lake City, SC.
